“Pressure” Puts on the Pressure
Pressure is an unambiguously great movie, lead by convincing performances, a well-crafted script, good direction, and at least some social awareness.

In the northeastern corner of Poland, on the edge of a lake, stands a house of women – mothers, daughters, and sisters. Twenty-year-old Łucja will be able to begin an independent life only when she confronts the truth about her family. An old clarinet leads Łucja to a story long erased from the pages of a family album.
