The makings of a great midseason filler episode that would connect in many different directions. This is a police drama filler with a guest director.

Nobody knew where he came from, but everybody soon knew why he was here… to teach the sexually frustrated people of this planet and this space-time continuum how to fully appreciate every strange and bizarre possibility for a new kind of erotic enjoyment from their under-worked sexuality. He taught them turgid temptations that brought out a new awareness of just how good it feels to feel good! He brought with him oddly satisfying objects that when toyed with and inserted in “special places” created the most satisfying sensations. It seems everyone he touched opened themselves wide to total sexual fulfillment, and when he was gone, the carnal pleasures he introduced persisted and grew.
