Hong Sang-soo's Hat Trick
In The Novelist's Film, Hong explores the meaningful things people share and inspire by virtue of simply engaging with one another.

There's loads of boy bukkake action in PumpHouse Media's Born to Swallow, directed by Kevin Chain. Some say that it is better to give than to receive. The guys in Born to Swallow would argue that point but they can't. They won't. Even bullied boy toys know that it's not polite to talk with your mouth full.

'Alice' is a genre trifecta: one part revenge drama, one part historical account, one part throwback to Blaxploitation—kinda 'Django' meets 'Roots' meets 'Foxy Brown.'
The movie is centered around the title character who goes on a Christmas adventure.
Outer Banks (2020-) knows its audience: young adults in a country that can’t stop romanticizing good ole’ treasure hunts. Add a little of Riverdale’s (2017-) sex appeal, and no one can look away. Forty years after The Goonies (1985) America’s consciousness hasn’t strayed from the same tropes: treasure hunts, a vulnerable white male lead, and the whitewashing of a racially segregated setting.
'Call Me Kate' is for the fans. It's an intimate account of an iconic film star.
Overall this movie was an easy watch, but by no means a worthwhile watch.
