Ira is a model. Kelly, her classmates, are an achiever. Once Ira score higher than Kelly. Kelly does not accept it and accuses Ira of cheating. Ira denies. Kelly then challenges, if Ira could beat her at the final exam, she believes that Ira did not cheat. Ira accepts the challenge despite his close friends are in doubt.
This film manages to be simultaneously topical and timeless. Without being preachy, it highlights society’s flawed relationship with tech; insights into the complex ideas of family struggle are expertly dispersed among a perfectly paced and balanced story.
Honey Don't! is a chaotic queer noir that's part detective story, part midnight movie madness. Margaret Qualley is fantastic as the wise-cracking private eye Honey, with Aubrey Plaza and Chris Evans adding their own dry humor to the mix. The mystery itself is pretty loose, but the film makes up for it with crackling sexual tension, weird side characters, and razor-sharp dialogue. It's messy and uneven, but in the best possible way.
