Wayward Really Is Worth All The Hype
It’s been five months since Wayward premiered on Netflix and it still has some of us in a choke-hold.

Fraya, a pastry chef who comes to the Netherlands for a vacation with her friends, Dara and Tya. There they meet a boy from Indonesia named Elmar who likes Fraya. The situation becomes complicated when Tya turns out to have an interest in Elmar. She then moved away from Fraya as soon as she found out who the boy liked. Not wanting her friendship to be destroyed, Dara tries to solve the problems between Fraya and Tya.

I believe in homages, but there's a proper way to borrow a creative idea instead of making it appear as if you hit the copy and paste button. Most likely, anyone is better off simply reading the books. Or just put on Scream.
