A double murder upsets the tranquility of a hotel where a famous and witty lawyer is staying. The case involves him and pushes him to investigate the two crimes until the conclusion which he will reach thanks to the help of his driver.

Were the film to be directed by someone with experiences more similar to Anne, it would likely be more powerful--as it is, it feels like a man’s perspective of what it means to come to terms with your identity as a lesbian.
Not only does the system prevent upward mobility, but it makes it incredibly easy to slide from comfortably middle class to unhoused.
