Ieva wakes up after a one night stand. She’s not feeling head over heels in love as she expected to. Ieva tries to quickly escape from Adomas house unnoticed, however, his world somehow intrigues her. She starts looking for her missing phone and accidentally wakes Adomas up. Two part-strangers try to break up awkward silence and make some kind of contact. It just seems that there’s nothing left to say. They feel even more lonely being together than alone. This leads from love to hatred and unexpected actions from Ieva.

After two months of refusing to see this movie, I have decided that it’s finally Morbin’ time. After its re-release as a box office bomb; I watched it just to laugh at it. But, I was also surprised, because 'Morbius' is a queer allegory.
We can criticize depictions from old media, but they weren’t simply “good for their time”. They were fighting and struggling in a world we can’t imagine.
This fantasy musical movie is an origin story about the title character.
If Miguel Alexandre were trying to make a revenge story seem dull without using all the effective formulas that work great in this catchy genre, he could not have accomplished his purpose much better than he unintentionally has in Black Island.
