Revisiting the Holy Trinity of Aroace Disney Princesses for Pride Month
Although not canonically aromantic or asexual. the stories and personalities of these Disney princesses resonate with members of the aroace community.

José, a young man desperate to find cheap rent, moves into a flat at a very good price. It is then that he realises that in it, to his surprise, lives Domingo, the ghost of the older lodger, who makes his life impossible. Fed up, he complains about his situation on the Internet, creating a massive movement by making young people realise that ghosts don't pay rent.

Films staring black transgender actresses/actors are few and far between, it’s refreshing to see a demographic represented in film that hardly gets any attention. This is especially important as the Black trans community has been shown in studies to face the highest level of discrimination amongst general trans and non-binary groups. That is why it’s so crucial that we amplify their voices through any way we can, storytelling being a great medium to do so.
An episode of "The Sopranos" articulates an identity crisis unique to the Italian-Americans and demonstrates how Indigenous communities are pushed aside in the ensuing debate.

Tired of being cooped up in their cages, the critters escape the Australian zoo and try to find their way to the outback.
An aspect of She-Ra that I find refreshing is even though a large portion of the cast is on the LGBTQ+ Spectrum, being gay is never mentioned. While this might initially sound like a negative thing, in the show’s land of Etheria being on the gay spectrum is shown to be so common and normalized that straight isn’t the default. As much as there is to appreciate about narratives revolving around the obstacles that may come from being non-heteronormative, it’s nice to get immersed in a world where no one bats an eye at all to any sort of differing identity.
