Incluvie Film Festival Review of 'Sleep No More'
This short film was an overall creative success.

A group of men gathers around some dead horses to perform a ritual. Summarized in one sentence like this, "nicht schlafen" might retain the semblance of a story. But everything instantly contradicts this notion. The area of the archaic cult is bounded by a giant blanket. And amongst the men there is one woman. Is this the staging of a new Rite of Spring? Will a woman be sacrificed once more to atone for failing masculinity?
This short film was an overall creative success.
Director Martin Scorsese broadens his boundaries from mafia-driven movies, to a Buddhist biopic of the 14th Dalai Lama. While Buddhism strives for peace, ‘Kundun’ reveals the violence inflicted on Tibetan Buddhists and Scorsese’s depiction of violence does not stray away.
'The Wiz' has the propensity for paying homage to black culture with R&B music, graffiti and jazzy elements that make it incredibly entertaining.
The film reminds us to remember the people who had the courage and dignity that had made the world better, even when the memory was absent.
This animated movie focuses on Nick Daley, the son of Larry Daley, as "Kahmunrah Rises Again."
Of the 28 total films I watched, just six of them were queer or featured queer characters in some way.
