The former believed that the army should enter immediately without delay, while the latter was originally a Communist Party member Jiang Wanhe (Zhao Erkang) who had infiltrated the police station. He agreed, saying that there might be fraud, while thinking of countermeasures, Subsequently, Luo Baiqian decided to divide his troops into two groups to attack the brick and tile kiln.
