In a house where library, museum and workshops combine, one day, all books get sick. The restorer, followed by the house watchers, becomes the guardian of the book in which she had gathered pieces of the rest of the works she had managed to save — the book that will save all the others.
Its predictability shouldn’t distract from the enjoyment that the pure cinematic imagination behind the camera elicits. It is a movie of crises both moral and mortal, oozing with CGI, and thoroughly enjoyable.
