Abed imposes his control over the cemeteries, and Al-Deeb helps him sell the bodies of the dead to medical students, demolish the yards to rebuild them at the expense of their owners, and rent the yards for housing, behind the backs of their owners. Abed marries Loza, whom Al-Deeb loves, and when Abed goes to prison for possessing drugs, Al-Deeb takes his place.
“Synchronic” is special, but it doesn’t succeed in achieving all the objectives it aims for. The film is a science fiction oeuvre which tries to be cerebral at some points, although the original idea is interesting, it only accomplishes to talk about some serious matters superficially.
Even with its straightforward premise, “Richard Jewell” is ramped up by exceptional drama. In all honesty, the performances are out of this world. As Jewell, Paul Walter Hauser becomes a walking representation of gullibility. His bumbling antics create the perfect hero, and very quickly, we feel the societal heat that surrounds our protagonists.
A tale of legendary hunters and monsters that reminds us once more not to judge a book by its cover. Enjoy this heartwarming sea shanty with a well-done plot twist.
'The Worst Person In The World' follows a part of life I don't see often portrayed on-screen: extended adolescence.
