Incluvie Film Festival Review of 'Sleep No More'
This short film was an overall creative success.

These kinky twins are in for a whole world of torment and pleasure as their tormentors demand to know Who's Your Master now! With his hands tied and a hood over his head, one helpless twink is made to gag on a big, fat cock – and there's nothing he can do about it. Another has his legs splayed open with a spreader bar so his ass is laid bar for his master to shove anything up his tight chute – including an oversized dildo. One cutie tries to keep the torment under wraps as he is whipped by his daddy whilst another is used, abused and slowly coated in hot wax. These helpless twinks are definitely not masters of their own destiny as they are used as pleasure pawns in over two hours of action!

Escape The Field is a serviceable horror thriller. The characters are easier to remember as horror character tropes. As I wrote this review, I only remembered the characters by their tropes: #FinalGirl, #Everyman, #Badass, #MeanB*/SexyGirl, #Realist/BlackLesbian, and #TheNerd.
It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a film that is jarring within the first five minutes. Being at the edge of my seat from the very beginning made me feel both excited and frightened for what was to come, and it did not disappoint. Led strongly by Jennifer Lawrence as Grace, a woman trapped in the “American dream”, this film shows that society tells us what should make us happy. Many critics describe Die My Love as being about post-partem depression, but it is so much more. After moving to a secluded home with her husband Jackson, Grace finds herself in the throes of motherhood. Feeling isolated in her physical environment and her romantic relationship, Grace suffers psychologically. Lawrence brings a sense of rawness and humor to the screen that is often uncomfortable. Robert Pattinson adds to the discomfort as her loving, yet lost husband Jackson, who cares about his wife but does not know how to help her. Lynne Ramsay has presented a film that forces us to look at the realness of life, and what happens when the promise of what should make you whole fails.
The film's storylines read as allegories for the queer experience and that's a source of solace for LGBTQIA+ fans!
