Mike is a former battalion chief in California who suffers from severe sleep deprivation and has difficulty managing his anger. He is in search of an alternate therapy to get a sense of relief and improve his relationship with his family. After a lack of success with traditional psychotherapy and pharmaceuticals, they will attend a Mexico-based retreat to undergo psilocybin and 5-MeO DMT treatments administered by traditional healers.
