Ezzat and Hassan are friends and co-workers. Hassan admires Soad but he can't tell her about his feelings because of his shyness. He asks his friend Ezzat to tell her instead, but things don't go as expected. Ezzat also receives letters from an unknown person threatening to kill him.

I can say without question, that this is the first movie I’ve ever seen where art imitates life so much that I could 100% identify with it on a personal level. The predominately Black cast of characters are people with hopes, dreams, fears, and ambitions.
Disney has hopefully learned some lessons since 1994. Are those lessons reflected in the 2019 remake of "The Lion King?"
Although Christmas is a time of year for love and cheer for all, holiday cinema has not always represented diverse communities. Being a holiday with Christian origins, much of its media consists of straight white families or straight white romances. Luckily, modern years have been bringing with them plenty of POC and LGBTQ+ representation that the holidays so desperately need.
This remake of the Disney Channel Original Movie of the same name brings a strong representative cast.
