‘Midnight at the Paradise’ is a Love Letter to Film, Music, and the City of Toronto
'Midnight at the Paradise' premieres tomorrow at Toronto's Paradise Theatre! I had the pleasure to sit down with Vanessa Matsui to discuss the making of this film.

Vennila, an ambitious young girl, moves to the city with her best friend Gayathiri to pursue a degree in physics. She falls in love with Krish, her school crush and university senior, but their relationship faces challenges from ego clashes and outside influences. Vennila then meets Akash, a kindred spirit with similar dreams, forcing her to make a difficult decision between love and her dreams. With both families involved, the resolution will be heart-wrenching for all parties involved.
