Aivy has already fallen in love with Kamal and remains patient even though she knows that Kamal has not yet forgotten Suraya. The appearance of Khairy as a third party and an evil scheme orchestrated by Aivy's stepbrother causes Kamal to drive Aivy away when she is already pregnant with his child.
