The Kanto Doshikai, known for its prominent yakuza members, discovers a prohibited drug deal taking place within its territory. Sakaki (Sho Aikawa), the third-generation leader of the Kurotetsu Union, sets his sights on the Hayakaba-gumi, which operates at Daikoku Pier, and sends Hidari (Hideo Nakano) and his team, "Chains," to investigate the drug route. Disguised as a money counterfeiter, Left infiltrates the gang but becomes entangled in an internal conflict. As Hidari goes missing after being shot, the "Chains" are thrown into disarray.
