Kay and Gerda are best friends. A wicked goblin who likes to cause trouble casts a spell on Kay to separate them. The Snow Queen snatches him away to her castle. Gerda must go find him. Will she ever do so? Is the Snow Queen helping him or is she freezing his heart forever?
James Cameron’s The Terminator (1984) marks the beginning of a wonderful two-part arc, brimming with style and substance. The film follows Sarah Connor, a waitress living in Los Angeles. One night, a cybernetic organism (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is sent back in time to kill Sarah. A human resistance fighter (Michael Biehn) is also sent back in time, with the intent of saving Sarah from this deadly foe.
I hate the idea that animation’s for kids; just because it’s animated doesn’t mean that it’s some silly cartoon and shouldn’t be taken seriously.
Sonic is a pretty generic buddy comedy with a light dusting of eccentricity.
With the theme of unemployment, it presents a family fantasy anecdote rather the a comment on social problems.
2026 ranks highest in Oscars history for its representation of minorities in all categories, and that’s definitely something to be celebrated.
