Guzman, a rich U.S. landowner is forced to leave for a short time, leaving his pregnant wife alone in the ranch. When Guzman returns, he finds in the fingers of his dead wife the tie pin of the murderer. Then, with the help of a Portuguese and a Mexican friends,he begins his revenge.

Were the film to be directed by someone with experiences more similar to Anne, it would likely be more powerful--as it is, it feels like a man’s perspective of what it means to come to terms with your identity as a lesbian.
