Baring it all in 'The Bear'
Personalities clash and tempers fume in a family-run Chicago restaurant

Medical student Melissa Knowles and her reluctant colleague Eric are making routine house calls to administer flu vaccines. When they step into Fred Hunt’s decaying, junk-crammed home, something immediately feels wrong. Fred seems like a harmless old recluse, but when Eric vanishes, Melissa’s search pulls her deeper into the house’s chaotic mess, revealing a labyrinth of tunnels carved through the piles of junk, twisting into suffocating darkness. And beneath it all, below the creaking floorboards, something stirs. Watching. Waiting.

It took writers D.B Weiss and David Benioff two years to give us a promising final season. Two. Years. It was just going to be six episodes, which was short considering that all the other seasons — except season 7 — were 10 episodes. 10. 6 wasn’t enough, and even HBO wanted to give the writers more episodes. More seasons, even. However, the writers wanted to get out of the show as quickly as possible to work on other projects. This abruptness is clearly shown in this season.

KIMI is the main character of this film and as much as I wish it was Angela Childs played by Zoe Kravitz, it isn't. KIMI is a smart device that works not unlike Amazon's Alexa and Google's Nest assisting in anything from home purchases to music playing all under the guise of only activating when in use.
Hoppers is a fun ride with a deep message underneath. In true Pixar fashion, Hoppers explores the complexity of emotions and learning to be still in a world that demands fast progress. Through the main character Mabel, we are reminded what it is like to let ourselves feel big emotions. But also how not to be controlled by them.
