Unable to pay his debts to the mafia, a man is shot down at a parking lot in the middle of the night by two mobsters. Little do these mobsters know that another killing will take place tonight, in this suspenseful, dramatic film noir short that pays homage to those of the 1940's while incorporating modern elements as well.
All in all, 47 Meters Down: Uncaged is a film I would recommend. It promotes the bond of sisterhood, which in this case is clearly thicker than blood, as well as courage. No one truly knows how strong they are until they go through something unimaginable and come out changed for the better.
Passing is a visually stunning portrayal of Larsen's story with an inclusive cast, and the performances of Thompson and Negga are sensational.
The movie opens with an empty house, cameras pan around from the perspective of what viewers are confused about at first, but turns out to be a spirit living in the home.
