The story follows Quân, a grieving husband devastated by the sudden death of his wife in a tragic accident. His shattered happiness seems miraculously restored when his wife’s spirit appears to return within the body of a female colleague—the only survivor of the same accident. Like hermit crabs borrowing shells to survive, they cling to borrowed identities in an attempt to escape the pain of their lives. But their fragile happiness begins to unravel when a horrifying secret surrounding his wife’s death comes to light, forcing Quân to choose between clinging to the illusion of comfort or exposing the terrifying truth hidden beneath the shell he has created.
