It's 'Christmas In the Heartland' for Two Girls
This Christmas movie gives viewers a friendship that unexpectedly forms from a plane trip.

Two hybrid characters become fixated by an idea. As they talk to each other they become more and more obsessed with the idea, but the more they talk the less capable they are of translating their ideas into action. Witty, wicked and kinky in concept innovative in use of animation. Prequel to the short film Crust.

This little Netflix film was very inspirational. It passes the Bechdel test, and features a different worldview with rural Indian representation.
'The Suicide Squad' is at its best when it focuses on its characters and commentary on real-life issues, but stumbles when it relies too heavily on gratuitous gore and insensitive humor.
"Black Widow" has strong female characters but sidelines its title character and serves as a launchpad for her successor, Florence Pugh's Yelena.
Ben Affleck leads The Way Back, a seemingly cathartic film for him after the actor’s recent bouts with alcoholism and rehab. He plays Jack, a man fighting his own battles who happens upon coaching a boys’ basketball team, the same team he once played for back in high school.
Despite its glaring flaws, First Girl I Loved is not entirely undeserving of a watch. For people who can handle the more difficult aspects of the story and graphic scenes, it is worth looking into. It’s not a film worthy of rewatch, but it may still resonate somewhat with those who need a story like this. It is a genuine, if flimsy attempt at a coming-of-age tale. Were the film to be directed by someone with experiences more similar to Anne, it would likely be more powerful--as it is, it feels like a man’s perspective of what it means to come to terms with your identity as a lesbian.
