The tale of a lost soul. Local drama in which a schoolgirl whose life is already hanging by a thread falls pregnant, as a video of her being bullied goes viral. Thandoʼs life is hanging by a thread. Her entire community is fraught with gender-based violence, peer pressure, bullying and socio-economic challenges. Thando meets an older man who introduces her to the finer things in life. Her affair with her “Blesser” crumbles when pregnancy befalls her, but itʼs the viral video of her being bullied at school that sends her completely over the edge.

Though an interesting story, Young Adult Matters is worth watching solely for these performances.
