Polarizing Polar: An Exploitation Film For the Modern Viewer

Kieran is making hard cash from a con he's recently developed: blackmailing married men out of a few hundred quid by claiming to be only 15 when he sleeps with them. It's not long before he ropes his boyfriend, Jamie, in for the ride but his first job goes terribly wrong. The couple are at odds and tension builds to an explosive point where Kieran confesses to having never loved Jamie to begin with. But when Kieran is arrested for a crime he did not commit and Jamie runs over to check if the police found the cash-stash, Jamie finds hidden evidence that Kieran really did care all along.

Hulu continues its Summer releases with The Princess. This film follows the princess (yes, she is unnamed) as she attempts to escape her tower, refusing to be wed to a cruel man vying for the throne. Action-packed and snarky, this is a decently fun film if you need a fighting fix.
If Miguel Alexandre were trying to make a revenge story seem dull without using all the effective formulas that work great in this catchy genre, he could not have accomplished his purpose much better than he unintentionally has in Black Island.
The justice system in the United States of America is supposed to operate as you are deemed innocent until proven guilty. But "When They See Us" shows what happens for Black people is they are deemed guilty until proven innocent.
Laggies is a fantastic movie, filled with down-to-earth characters, transcendent themes, and witty comedy
The more we learned with each passing minute the bigger the reveal. This film ends with a serious bang and it was truly a joy to watch.
