Sinopsis The Hantus
'The Hantus' is produced in five interconnected chapters. 1. The First Chapter tells the story of an individual born deaf and mute, 'Din Pekak'. He works as an express bus driver and was involved in a terrible accident while transporting passengers from Genting Highlands via the Karak Highway. The accident resulted in all passengers, including the driver, being killed at the scene except for Fami (played by Alif Satar). Fami 'woke up' covered in blood and climbed a hill towards the main road to seek help. 2. The Second Chapter features the story of 'Abang Volkswagen Kuning' (Yellow Volkswagen Brother), inspired by a mystery tale said to often trouble highway users traveling on the Karak Highway. Fami, who was involved in the accident moments earlier, waved and screamed for help from cars passing on the highway, but none stopped to assist. Until a yellow Volkswagen stopped on the roadside and approached Fami.
