An explosion in Penang that has killed hundreds of victims including a police officer is now under investigation by Inspectors Sani and Khai. The situation becomes more complicated when the next target is Inspector Khai. The friendship between Inspector Khai and Inspector Sani is tested when they realize that the suspect they are hunting has a connection to Inspector Khai's past.
