Self-Identification is a performance show which accompanied a series of photo montage films shown in the Small Gallery. Ewa Partum, therein, presents herself naked in public places in Warsaw. During the show she goes out from the exhibition space into the city, where nearby the Wedding Palace she met a bride. In this manner she confronted the institution of marriage determining one of the core elements of femininity seen as a paradigm of personality made up by patriarchal culture
I highly recommend Dark Waters. It’s a highly engrossing picture, which lends itself to cautionary storytelling. The dark information continually grows, inspiring change and accountability altogether. Overall, Haynes’ picture will not be known for its inclusiveness--but it will be known for being a fantastic, engrossing film.
Intergenerational friendships and community can be so powerful, and this was a great example.
Portraying how easy it is to be an ally heavily benefits the majority audience. The more we encourage it, normalize it, and give people the tools to become one, the sooner we can co-exist peacefully.
Welcome to Ryan Reynold's world. Dwyane Johnson, Gal Gadot and us are just living in it. Is he acting? I think he is, it's just the question of it's believable anymore.

The height of subversive horror cinema is Jennifer’s Body. No, I will never budge on that. Yes, Cabin in The Woods is funny, Scream is very well made, and the Scary Movie franchise is …. there. But nothing is quite as satisfying as watching the teenage succubus that is Jennifer Check rip apart boys. In the post #metoo era where the industry is far from changed, watching revenge flicks like these is probably one of the most cathartic experiences due to the slow-moving progress being made.
