Detective Mimi may have shut down one reform school, but the corrupt system is fighting back. Under the authority of sadistic Warden Helena, Mimi's innocent sister, Kenzie, is forced to pay the price for her sister's heroic police work. Having no contact with the outside world and little hope, only a miracle...or right woman can save her from and punishment.
The film is a documentary focusing on heavy metal in the late 80s and tackles topics like drug addiction, alcoholism, sex, masculinity, and of course, rock and roll. However, this didn’t feel like any documentary I’ve ever seen before.

It won't be everyone's cup of tea, and that is fine. Personally, I will take my girl Britney and her movie, over the next testosterone "Dude Flick" any day.
