It’s a story of two students sharing a rent: Budi and Bodo. They are often bullied because they have no girlfriends. On Kampus Nite they are invited to come by Celia. Both try to get a date with no result. Suddenly a posh car stops by them as they’re in desperation. The drivers are two sexy girls, Rosa and Rosi. Both are going to the same event. Of course Budi and Bodo think that it’s their lucky day. These guys have no idea that it’s their bad luck. Both girls are kuntilanak twins on a mission for a payback. A scary and hilarious adventure begins.
During the third act, the momentum stalls, largely due to the film’s obsession with Kubrick’s visual design. But all in all, Doctor Sleep is a cinematic success, defined by rich characters and high powered emotion.

Remember when there was this amazing comedy titled "National Lampoon's Vacation"? To this day, it is a true classic of the genre and certainly put a new spin on precisely what KINDS of insanity could occur when taking the fam on the road. Then, like with so many successful films, there was the sequel (which for me was even MORE of a classic than the original!). However, the third film emerged....and then a fourth. Suddenly, the luster was gone and disappointment set in.
That gut-wrenching feeling you have while watching it is okay but needed, and you, the viewer, will be okay.
Adam McKay might have been more concerned with cramming cameos than he was in this story which is a bloated criticism of the rich and famous… delivered unto us by the rich and famous.
Typically in film, characters suffering from mental illness are used as plot devices or exaggerated for comedy. 'The House that Jack Built's representation exceeds in accuracy and realism of OCD.
