This Stephen King "Dollar Baby" is a short feminist multicultural/age homage to 1980's classic American vampire horror. In this re-imagining of the male dominated short story "One For the Road" (sequel to Salem's Lot) WOMEN are the; visceral muse/damsel of acceptance, voices of reason, compassion and pragmatism as well as the cherubim of death and womb-redemption.
