Their coach, Kurosawa (Sugawara Takuma) is made to hold an emergency press conference, where the media accused the prestigious Kirin University of match-fixing, with Kurosawa being pressured to take the fall. Harangued at every turn and convinced of a criminal conspiracy going to the top, Kurosawa turns to his old friend Aramasa Bunji (Motomiya Yasukaze), a fellow Kirin University alum and now a real estate company president, for help.
