The story revolves around Zulaikha's life which changes because of a companion that appears as a result of an agreement made by her mother. After learning about Zulaikha's condition, Izmir (Adam Lee) brings Zulaikha to meet his father, who is an expert in Islamic medicine. Zulaikha is said to be accompanied by a "saka" (spirit/entity) and is advised to return to her village to uncover the truth behind the saka that follows her. However, more questions arise when she tries to regain her former life.
