"Phantom TV: Mika's House" is a streaming site where you can peek into the private life of a very sexy woman (Mika: Kotono), and if you answer a quiz correctly, you can actually meet Mika! The site is so elusive that it has become an urban legend, with rumors that "men who go to meet her never return." Yuichi was one of those searching for the site, and luckily he managed to find it, he won the quiz and received an invitation to Mika's house. When Yuichi arrives at the house, he sees a bizarre scene in the dim light, with masked men peeking at Mika in her underwear through the curtains. The quiz continues until only one person remains to meet Mika. Yuichi also puts on a mask. When Yuichi takes off his mask, he finds his friend Takashi standing before him. The final question requires you to go behind the curtain, point a pistol at your head, and pull the trigger, but Takashi does not return to the room. What is behind the curtain? And what is the purpose of this game?
