'The Dinner Party' — MiamisFF Review
A young woman finds herself trapped in a crossfire of awkwardness during a nightmarish dinner party with her boyfriend's dysfunctional family.

A mother of two who suddenly learns of her husband’s embezzlement and crushing debts; a researcher buried in debt; and an unmarried, pregnant woman with no savings. Three women who seem to have nothing to do with crime cross paths by chance and, through gold smuggling, form an unexpected bond as partners in crime. As they seize money and freedom, a revenge game begins—one that allows each of them to reclaim and rebuild their lives. The sight of women who have long gone with the flow of life, choosing to take their fate into their own hands even if it means crossing the line into crime, shines with a dazzling intensity.
