The Good Deeds in ‘A Good Person’
‘A Good Person’ makes it clear that forgiveness is hard.

A multi-storyline film which follows the aftermath of a stalled movie project in Wellington. As the various members of the cast and crew resume their everyday lives, the intricacies of their relationships with one another become increasingly difficult, as their conflicting needs and desires become impossible to resolve.

There’s been a longstanding criticism of sci-fi films about its lack of Black characters. For the past few years, Anthony Mackie has been successfully representing Black masculinity in the otherwise homogenous genre and I am here for it.
'The Menu' has a strong story. The 5 acts, which are defined by the courses, are an excellent subversion of the classic 5-act film structure.
After two months of refusing to see this movie, I have decided that it’s finally Morbin’ time. After its re-release as a box office bomb; I watched it just to laugh at it. But, I was also surprised, because 'Morbius' is a queer allegory.
Hitchcock is no stranger to innuendo, as was common in that era, but there was something so sophisticated about his approach to 'Rope', and it starts in the first frame.
