A thief and street dog named Roger has to work with other pets to take down the evil Mayor Frank Stone when he plans to destroy Robo City.

The film tells about the struggle between two men who are in love with the same woman. Ahmet and Aziz fish. They both fall in love with Mary, the nephew of the fisherman Veli. Mary's heart is also in Ahmet. However, his uncle Veli, who raised Mary, owes to Aziz's father. Aziz's father threatens Veli Reis to give Mary to his son. If he doesn't, he says he will seize his house and boat. Having learned this, Ahmet decides to pay the debt of Veli Reis. He starts fishing and saving money every day. However, Aziz will do his best to prevent Ahmet from making money.

It only seems to prove that when the company had their backs against the wall and needed an all pleasing, generic movie that had to make up for The Last Jedi, they chose to sacrifice almost everything that made their main protagonist interesting and that made her stand out as the strong female character that a generation of young movie goers was supposed to look up to. Instead, we were left with a Rey that was so much less than she could have been. And I guess that’s the real story of Rey and The Rise of Skywalker; they could have been so much more, but they were just more of the same.
