After being brutally broken up with by his girlfriend, a young Parisian organises a dinner party for his friends. Half listening to their pretentious squabbles, he starts to fall in love over the dinner table when he notices his friend’s mysterious British cousin is equally tired by the party’s conversation in this joyful, magical romantic comedy.

In addition to the cast being delightfully diverse this time around, the film was just loosely-plotted and action-packed enough to keep a casual fan like myself entertained. While I do agree that the writing of Cole left much to be desired for an original character thrust into a preconceived universe, none of the characters seemed particularly fleshed out in terms of personality; however, I think that's to be expected when you're watching a film literally inspired by a video game.
I love The Last Jedi. I don’t think there has been a Star Wars movie in quite some time that brought something new, something fresh to the table.
