Four more classic horror films that are entertaining even if occasionally absurd.
The film is a documentary focusing on heavy metal in the late 80s and tackles topics like drug addiction, alcoholism, sex, masculinity, and of course, rock and roll. However, this didn’t feel like any documentary I’ve ever seen before.
Set in a future dystopian United States in which water is running out, Julia Hart’s Fast Color (2018) is a refreshingly different take on the superhero film.
It’s a cool looking Marvel character right off the page! He’s got these glowing eyes and he just kicks ass everywhere he goes, seemingly impervious to pain.
‘Exhibiting Forgiveness’ seeks to ask one question, “What do you do when your parents are the source of your pain?”
Overall this movie was an easy watch, but by no means a worthwhile watch.
