An 8 years-old boy finds a dead man's body at a top of a mountain. As he knocks on the doors of the village, trying to solve the mystery, a portrait of a village is revealed - a place in transition between the traditions of the past and the violence of contemporary reality.
Earth and Blood is slow, but it still has it’s entertaining moments. If you’re into thrillers, or want to watch something new, then this film might be for you. As for me, Earth and Blood was tolerable enough.
I was able to watch the gleefully mesmerizing Disney remake that was Robert Zemeckis’ Pinocchio. I was enthralled by Zemeckis’ iteration.
