A small girl and her homemade mermaid doll - both of them named Garantia - is looking for her mommy's necklace. When she puts her doll into the aquarium the doll becomes alive and the aquarium becomes an enchanted ocean where she encounters the Snapper Gang, the ancient jelly fish Mr Elderling, the huge whale Nora and a small fish on a bicycle on her quest for the necklace.
