In 1982, the British singer had a dazzling success with the group Wham! alongside his friend Andrew Ridgeley. From "Club Tropicana" to "Careless Whisper", including "Wake Me up Before You Go-Go", the musicians had one hit after another until their separation in 1986. George Michael then began a solo career, with songs that have become cult favorites such as "I Want Your Sex", "Freedom" and "Fastlove". He collaborated with the greatest such as Freddy Mercury, Elton John, Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston. The documentary looks back at the life and career of the artist, who passed away on December 25, 2016 at the age of 53.

When it comes the horror genre, I am VERY hard to please or impress, much less scare. Coming from a current mindset of appreciation for chilling, unsettling, tension-inducing efforts such as "Hereditary", "The Conjuring" (ONLY the first one to date, mind you), "Lights Out", "The Babadook", "Midsommar", "Talk To Me", "Oddity", "Bring Her Back", and the like
"Come Play" was entertaining and had some great ideas about how to scare children away from playing with facial recognition settings.
Seven years after George Miller's previous film, 'Mad Max: Fury Road', he dives back into the scene with an equally daring movie. Although not nearly as action-packed, his newest film 'Three Thousand Years Of Longing' challenges the typical format of a film, giving you a well-known plot in an unexpected way.
An anti-war film denouncing the valorization of senseless violence, 'All Quiet on the Western Front' is (unfortunately) all too relevant in 2022.
