“Sand Castle” Movie Review: Is This Yet Another Unrealistic War Drama?
Overall, Sand Castle was another lack luster war drama that will eventually fade into the many similar war dramas I have seen throughout my life.

Four close friends cram into a car in the middle of the night and drive deep into the forest. They arrive at the spot where their lost friend Annie died, under the same tree. Camille, Flora, Lucie and Marion hold a ritual to ensure that Annie's spirit appears to them.

Instead, obstacles arise, both physical and mental, which attempt to dissuade us or even prevent us from moving forward, stalling or stagnating the momentum to achieve what we desire. The age-old question remains….can we overcome? Or will we BE overcome?
For the most part, 'Sweet Girl' recycles tired hyper masculine revenge tropes, but a surprise twist in the end turns it into a female-centric revenge film.
Do not trust Rotten Tomatoes. That is what I learned after watching Eternals. Critics currently rate it a 48%, but it's an amazing character-focused Marvel movie with positive diverse representation.
