This coming-of-age movie is about a group of girl trying to find their missing friend after a wild night none of them can remember.

Joel Coen has gone solo to create perhaps the greatest version of Shakespeare's 'Macbeth' since Shakespeare himself.

The film does not add anything to its own conversation or genre, and falls flat once it’s about to end and must declare some sort of conclusion.

“Candyman ain't a 'he.’ Candyman is the whole damn hive." Candyman represents all Black victims of white supremacy, and this art form narratively conveys it in a succinct, adulatory way, the history of which is rare to find.

Another uneven "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner" redux that says nothing novel about its subject matter.

"Driveways" is a nuanced portrait of an Asian American family, touching on themes of loss, growth, and belonging.
