Movie Review: Sofia Coppola’s ‘On the Rocks’
The film does not add anything to its own conversation or genre, and falls flat once it’s about to end and must declare some sort of conclusion.

On a beautiful summer day, a platinum blond Dawyd is relaxing on a raft in the pool when tattooed statuesque Justin moves over to him and starts nibbling at his chest. On a dirt hillside somewhere, brunet Leon is getting himself hard in his shorts, but thankfully tall blond Florenz is lurking and watching, doing pretty much the same. Fleshy brunet Falk is sitting poolside when a lean white-necklaced pal splashes over to him and starts sucking him off. It's a rather hearty meal of a suck at the cockhead and they then switch places so Falk can take some time to get his friend hard with his mouth. We've met the film's resident muscle jock, Justin, who this time gets to have sex on dry land with another shockingly blond kid, Anthony. Back at the pool, Dawyd and Falk are reclining on pool chairs, but they soon begin touching and it's sweet kissing from there. After a trip to the beach with the entire gang, Leon gets some alone time with Dawyd, who is apparently insatiable.
