Bud plays host to one of the wildest games of musical beds ever. Cindy, the cosmetics salesgirl puts her lip gloss on Barbara, Bud's ex-wife who is on the outs with Freddy, her current boyfriend. Freddy meanwhile has a close encounter with Lisa, a professional girl from Claudia's outcall service that Bud had previously ordered. Meanwhile, Cindy's sister Suzie and her boyfriend Jack arrive and get involved in a little hot tub scene. Bud's girlfriend Nancy, having decided not to leave town for the weekend, arrives at the house and finds everyone in the act. She runs into Freddy's ex, Donna, and they decide to call their friend Big Mac to have him bring over his whopper. Bud, having had his fill with madness, decides to get back together with his wife Barbara and put things in the proper place.
Movies also have the ability to make the audience think deeper about an issue that plagues society. "Blindspotting" does that without shying away from the intense reality of police brutality and racial discrimination.
I think these messages and the way they are presented in this small-town in Texas are increasingly more important as the internet/ social media becomes more and more critical and judgemental every day. Love yourself today and every day because as Ru Paul always says: “If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love someone else?”

There’s no two ways about it — Bridgerton is horny. Shondaland’s newest venture- released on Netflix on Christmas- is certainly a spectacle to behold, just as the premise; essentially an Austenian, Regency-Era Gossip Girl, helmed by Shonda Rhimes, the reigning queen of steamy romance television. It would not be inaccurate to describe it as Jane Austen porn.
Gritty and bleak are the best words to describe this film. There’s nothing happy about it.
