There is a lot of controversy around Q-force. It’s certainly not hard to see why—the series is quite hyperbolic. I will say, that was the first aspect I noticed on my initial watch. Right from the get-go Q-Force barrages you with gay joke after gay joke. This is hit or miss throughout the series.
You'd better buckle up, pack spare underwear, & maybe lay off the drinking for a night, for a gnarly ride in New York!
Gay representation is out there, but to portray a character who's gay as a big, happy brute is a rare treat.
The movie opens with an empty house, cameras pan around from the perspective of what viewers are confused about at first, but turns out to be a spirit living in the home.
