The film pulls together nine vignettes anchored by legendary performer Chris Steele that were filmed during his storied run with the company. With an array of must-see bonus features: his original videotaped auditions; an early strip show Steele performed at The Nob Hill Theater in San Francisco; and a new interview with Steele, plus audio commentary on all nine scenes. 'Jungle Cruise' is fun if you can ignore the racism of the ride it’s based on and the film’s bland, stereotypical characters.
The cultural insensitivity of 'Slumberland' is discreet, and can be easily overlooked in CGI extravaganza.
The characters aren’t likable, the story is predictable and the humor is either disgusting, obnoxious, or uncomfortable. The Wrong Missy is a mess of a film and it’s not really worth your time.
'Yes, God, Yes (2019)' is a coming-of-age tale about a Christian teenage girl discovering her sexuality, the turbulence that comes with it from within herself, and the judgment from those around her.
