Mahmut paints houses with two friends. He loves a girl named Mine but cannot tell her. One day while painting, Mahmut finds a wallet. He takes the wallet to its owner, factory owner Ahmet. However, at that moment, Ahmet suffers a heart attack and dies. According to Ahmet's will, whoever Ahmet dies with will inherit all his property. Therefore, Ahmet's inheritance goes to Mahmut. However, Ahmet's nephew, who wants to get his hands on Ahmet's property, will try to take the inheritance from Mahmut.

Lynne Ramsay has presented a film that forces us to look at the realness of life, and what happens when the promise of what should make you whole fails.
